I've been caring for small dogs for the past 25 years. I grew up in a household that raised and sold small, nonvenomous reptilian pets. I learned the feeding, care and compassion of them. Pets included are Small Dogs, Cats, Birds, small Nonvenomous Reptiles, Tarantulas, Pet Rodents, and Fish.

We left our small Chihuahua with Robin and could not have been more pleased with her stay there. Robin was attentive and communicative the entire time and our small dog felt right at home there. Robin gave us frequent updates on how the stay was going, and cared for our dog in every way that we asked. I would definitely book Robin again to watch our little dog!
Robin was so loving caring and protective of my blind and deaf 16 yr old mini poodle, Weezie. I highly recommend her for any of ur doggie stays. I could enjoy my vaca without constantly worrying was my beloved pup ok. Robin sent several photos almost everyday She is a gem.

To say Robin is amazing is the understatement of the century. She has gone above and beyond and back again to help me and my family with her care of our dog Molly. She’s meticulous, dependable, and truly cares about your pets. Molly is a senior pup that takes medication and she has been wonderful with making sure she gets it on schedule. I truly cannot recommend Robin enough. Feel very secure in letting her care for your pet.

Schedule
My children are now adults with their own lives. I'm left with plenty of free time between commission work. I have had chihuahuas that grew up alongside my children and I enjoyed taking care of them. I make art at home and a small dog fits beautifully next to me while I work. I enjoy the breaks to spend time with them, play, feed, go outside and getting up to move around if they need anything.

I am willing to sit for your pets in your home or stop by on a schedule to care for them as per your instructions. I'm also willing to water plants if the watering schedule is left for me to follow.
A typical day
Getting to know your pet through your approved activities. I enjoy throwing a ball, walking, practicing their regular training routines, I also like to read and paint with a small dog curled up on my lap or next to me. I talk with them like they are people, and pay attention to their body language and cues to ensure that they are happy and confident with the interaction. Adjustments are made for the individual's health and comfort zone.
