All creatures in my home with be treated with respect, warmth, and feel safe. I am in tune to a pets needs especially when left in a different place. I will work to ensure all animals left in my care will feel safe, warm and loved. I am able to give prescribed medications as needed as I am a retired RN.

Schedule
I get up early and need to feel busy. Retirement is enjoyable but I am used to feeling needed. So, taking care of Dogs and Cats will full-fill this for me.

Safety, trust & environment
Our home has a caged pool area with dog door. The large yard is fully fenced with area to run. My husband and I love to be outside and we have a safe neighborhood to go for walks. During fall, winter and Spring we walk with our dog frequently. Summer is too hot.
Pets
A typical day
Every am I get up and let pets out to use the Bathroom. Afterward, if weather permits, a walk around the neighborhood or a walk at Bonnet Park. This depends on the activity level of the dog. Some days would be relaxing and swimming in the pool if your pet likes that. My dog does not, she prefers to lay in the shade and watch pool activity.

- I have raised labs, chocolate and black, a chihuahua, english springers, Golden Retriever and Chesapeake bay retriever. All kinds of breeds and sizes. I have managed my elderly pets and have no concerns about dressing changes, or any other medical conditions that need attention.
