I can handle mornings, evenings, late nights, and weekends. If a cat needs meds on a different schedule, I can accommodate. I work from home so I can certainly be fairly flexible.

A typical day
For small dogs, we can go on short walks or play some games. For cats, it all depends on if they want to interact with me. I can sit on the couch just to keep them company.

I’ve been involved in cat rescue for 12 years. I’m currently the director of a Twin Cities no-kill cat rescue. I’ve fostered cats for 12 years; I’ve fostered well over 400 cats/kittens in that time. My speciality is “feral” cats, the shy/scared/skittish cats. They’re not truly feral but they’re what most people think of when they hear the word “feral.” My first cat -the love of my life - had kidney cancer. Although that had a devastating outcome, his cancer taught me how to give sub-q fluids, injections, and oral meds (pills and liquid). The next cat I adopted developed diabetes and my experiences with my first cat enabled me to handle a diabetic cat. Twice daily injections, testing his blood to make sure his blood sugar wasn’t low, and spotting the signs for when he was crashing. A couple of my current cats are on daily medications. I’m also on the medical team with my rescue. I’m pretty well versed in giving meds to cats who’d rather not get them.

Robin took all 3 of our pets (1 dog and 2 cats) for 2.5 weeks and kept them happy and healthy! She is a good communicator and obviously is an animal lover. I would rebook again with Robin for sure!
As always the best place for my little boy!
Robin was very good with Itsy. She had a comfortable space, spent time with Itsy there each day. She sent an update with pictures daily. Its is now sticking close to me but otherwise seems well. Thanks, Robin, for being a great care giver.
