I’m disappointed with the level of care Robin provided during her stay. She was an hour late showing up the first day. I specifically booked her as an in-home sitter with the understanding that the dogs would not be left alone for extended periods. However, according to my security cameras, they were left alone for 8–10 hours at a time. Additionally, she was expected to walk them twice daily, but I did not see any evidence of that happening. Even when she was home, she did not actively engage with the dogs, who spent most of their time alone in the kitchen/ living area. She asked when she would leave at the end of the which I replied 12. She left at approximately 10:20. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the expectations set, and since there is a dog door I feel I could have simply hired someone to come by twice a day to feed them for the same result and less money.

Robin took care of our Gummy Bear very well. She provided updates and he was happy when we came home.

Robin gave our high energy dog lots of play each day. She even walked him during the times it wasn’t too hot. We came home to a clean house. She is kind, easy to work with and sends lots of pictures! Thank you so much for everything!

Robin was great watching Bella! She kept in touch with me and sent me pictures. It was really great to see she was in great hands while I was away!

Robin helped us with two drop in visits on a last minute notice. I called upon her services only a week in advance asking for her assistance to care for my two senior cats and large dog, which she never met before. She squeezed a meet and greet with us into her schedule the following day as she was going out of town for another job. She’s very knowledgeable about pet care and handling techniques. Having a conversation with her was easy. She followed written instructions that I had left for her and figured out how to handle some of my dog’s routines. She communicated with me during her visits and sent pictures to me of my dog. I will definitely contact her again when I need more assistance. Thank you, Robin!

Robin was my pet sitter in the Bay Area. She lived only a few minutes away which made it very convenient. Robin had a lot of availability. Many times she would make herself available to go to my house to walk/feed my dog last minute and also understood that when I was gone overnight, she would make herself available to stay overnight as well. My senior dog typically does not get along with other animals. He hates other dogs and chases cats. I warned her since she had a cat. She still was willing to care for my dog at her own home. I was surprised to find out that my dog got along with her cat and had no problems with one another. She would even send me pictures of them cuddling. When I found out robin was moving to the Sacramento area, I was extremely sad since I had built trust in her to care for my dog in and outside of my home. Since moving to the Sacramento area, robin has taken care of my dog in her home for days at a time. Yes, I have driven to an hour and a half to have her watch my dog. That says a lot in itself. I would recommend her to anyone.
