Contacted Robert and Ellie last minute as our dog sitter had fallen through for our upcoming holiday. They were happy to take in our little Pomeranian Teddy for the week and they managed to arrange a meet up first, even on short notice. When we met up with them we knew Teddy would be happy there as they are a genuinely lovely couple who you can tell just love dogs. When we dropped Teddy off for his stay he was immediately comfortable and settled in perfectly. They took note of all the things Teddy liked and were kind enough to allow him to sleep in the same room as them. We received plenty of updates from them on our holiday including pictures and we could see how content Teddy was. Robert was always very quick to respond to any messages and was also very flexible with us when it came to collecting Teddy after we had a delayed flight. We honestly couldn’t recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks again for taking such good care of our dog!

Robert is kind, caring, and genuinely friendly, with a natural way with animals. He has looked after my own dog, Reggie, on several occasions, and Reggie absolutely adores him, often choosing to sit on Robert’s lap over mine, which says everything about the trust and comfort he creates. He will take the time to understand each dog’s needs and ensure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. Robert is also a great communicator, providing updates and reassurance, which makes him a pleasure to deal with. Above all, he is a thoughtful, trustworthy, and warm person. I would have complete confidence in him providing a safe, loving, and professional service to any dog in his care.
