Massive lover of all animals!
My love for dogs is never-ending and it's a genuine passion of mine to care for them, no matter the breed! Looking after dogs is second nature to me as there's never been a time without dogs in my life. I've been responsible for: -care of my own dogs (3 smooth-haired Fox Terriers & 1 Greyhound) -walking & letting out neighbours dogs -dog-sitting friends & family's dogs/cats over holidays. My greyhound (who now lives elsewhere with family) is a rescue race dog. Years of caring for him has given me unique experience as he can be unpredictable at times due to his rough upbringing, so I am confident in my ability to keep a strong, large dog under control if they are being reactive to something, and make the right decision in the moment to keep all animals and people safe and happy. Every animal deserves extraordinary love and care!

I am pleased to recommend Robert, who has a lifelong familiarity and experience with dogs, having grown up around them. He is a caring, responsible and compassionate individual who genuinely understands the importance of providing animals with patience, attention and affection. I have every confidence that Robert would be a trustworthy and dedicated person to care for any dog.
We'd used two people to look after our dog Hayden over holidays prior to asking Rob, and we didn't have the best experience with either. Rob however, made a massive difference. Rob has looked after Hayden multiple times, including over a week, and he has been so pleasant every time. Hayden has a bundle of energy and Rob made sure he had a good long walk every day as well as shorter ones. Rob's communication is great and he won't hesitate to text over updates or pics, or any queries, so we know he's taking good care of him! Rob is polite, reliable and amazing with Hayden, but the main thing for us is how passionate he is about him. Rob treats Hayden as if he's his own and loves being around our dog.

My current job is part-time, so I can be flexible. Pet care can be my primary focus throughout the week. I work close to home, meaning I can return easily during work hours.

Safety, trust & environment
At my home, the garden is high-fenced and pets are allowed on furniture, so they'll feel at home and less restricted. I have a puppy gate for the kitchen and stairs if required. Your pet's food & drink bowls will be cleaned daily. The house is cleaned regularly. In pet owners' homes, I am more than happy to adhere to any and all pet rules/guidelines you set!... Whether that's grooming, a teeth brushing schedule, early morning feeding/walks, no pets on the sofa, playtime etc. I like to keep tidy, so I clean up after myself and pets swiftly.
