Work-from-Home Dog Parent
Lifelong dog lovers living in a calm, pet-friendly home in Petaluma. Rob works from home, so your dog gets constant companionship, supervision, and plenty of attention. Our goal is for your pup to feel like they’re on their own mini-vacation. Our dog, Yoti, is a Husky-German Shepherd mix who loves every dog he meets. He's fully vaccinated and great with dogs of all sizes. We always do meet-and-greets to ensure a good match. We can't wait to meet your dog!

I am so thrilled that I found Robert, Sheila and their wonderful Yodi to take care of my Winston. Winston is quite picky with who he approves of plus he has more separation anxiety now after we lost his corgi sister Abigail in March. They did a wonderful job of getting Winston feeling like at home and at ease. Yodi will definitely get to hang out with Winston more very soon! Thank you for taking care of my fur baby and give me peace of mind knowing that he is so happy hanging out with all of you!
Robert and Sheila were fantastic! They were responsive and easy to work and took great care of our little one, Shelby. Their sweet dog Yoti was patient with our timid and over-attached dog Shelby. Yoti is friendly and welcoming……just like Robert and Sheila. Their home had a beautiful back yard where the dogs can roam together, and Rob is there with them all day while he works. We were fortunate to find them.
Robert & Sheila were great. Easy to communicate with, sent photos. Our dog was well taken care of!
Robert sent updates everyday and I knew Riley and Luma were spoiled at his house. Riley is a senior and needs eye drops twice a day, Robert was understanding and provided what she needed.
I have known Robert for many years. He is an honest, intelligent, kind person. He is fair and very sensible and calm . He is physically fit and can certainly take a dog for a great walk. He has good judgment and I would trust him absolutely with my dog. His own dog thinks he's the greatest guy ever.!
We are very lucky to have had our dog stay with Rob in the past. They have a long history of pets (dogs, cats, and even the occasional reptile!) They work very well with our dog who can be challenging, so just know that your pet will be in very good hands. They are big animal lovers, and your pet will have a great time with them!

Schedule
Working from home allows for plenty of time to care for and walk the dogs. There are three parks with a 10 minute walk for the dogs to enjoy plenty of outdoor time and sniff to their hearts content.

We provide a calm, supervised, and pet-friendly home where your dog’s comfort and safety always come first. Our home features a fully fenced-in yard, giving pups a secure space to relax, explore, and play. Inside, dogs are welcomed into a clean, cozy environment with plenty of soft resting spots and constant human interaction.

A typical day
Yoti and I love to take morning walks and after lunch walks. On occasion, we will also take a short stroll after dinner. There are 3 parks within walking distance which he loves, plenty of sniffing opportunities and stimulation.
