Spencer is a great pet-watcher! Not only is he incredibly personable with people, but he is also incredibly patient with your dog. He understands the importance of letting dogs smell the roses (literally!) and the positive effect that a patient walk has on a dog's mental health. He is extremely situationally aware and an overall great person. I couldn't recommend him more!
