I am a special education teacher of 11 years, the last 3 in the city! Before I became a teacher, I originally pursued veterinary medicine and earned a B.S. in Veterinary Technology, which gave me hands on training in animal husbandry and medical care. I provide attentive, reliable care and treat every pet like my own , whether that means long walks, playtime, and most importantly making sure they feel safe and relaxed while you’re away!

Robert did an incredible job taking care of my cats. He was responsive, kind and most of all both my kitties like him! I cannot recommend him enough for cat sitting!
Robert took care of our Bernedoodle Alfie while we were on vacation and they had so much fun. Alfie loved playing with his dogs and Robert sent photo and text updates twice a day which was so nice when we were missing our pup. He also kept us up to date on Alfie’s medicine schedule and was very mindful to keep that on time and mix up the strategy when our doggy tried to avoid his meds. We had a great experience and hope to have Alfie back with Robert again.
Robert was an awesome sitter - super communicative, which is very important to me when someone is watching my dog; responsive; and very trustworthy! I’d highly recommend Robert and will use him again in the future.
Robert was awesome! He stepped in last minute and was super reliable and easy to communicate with. He sent tons of pics and videos, asked all the right questions about my dog's schedule and vet, and made sure my dog got plenty of exercise. Highly recommended!!
Rob is my coworker but also has watched and walked my dogs on numerous occasions. I have a German shorthaired pointer (which requires excessive exercise)… and a little yorkie (which barely leaves the couch). Rob makes sure both of them are equally cared for and supported whenever he’s with them. My dogs also get along great with his, as I see all other dogs seem to.

Schedule
I’m very happy to be on summer break with a completely open schedule . In addition, my wife -who is a UCSF physician also supports in care of your little one when in our care when she’s not working. We have two dogs who I tend to all day, including but not limited to 1 hour walk in Golden Gate Park, and usually a trip to the beach.

My two dogs were victim to a tragic pet sitting stay some may have heard of in SF this past holiday season. Luckily, they survived. It is my goal to right the wrongs of those sitters and provide peace of mind and safety for your pets. Alongside my experience in the classroom, I spent 5+ years working in an animal hospital. I’m extremely aware of the importance of environment and structure. I make sure to create and maintain a peaceful environment (also for myself) and the little ones always benefit from such.
