Hi! I've got over 15 years of experience living with and caring for dogs, and have a loving pup at home. She loves to make new friends and show them all of her favourite parks, beaches, and hangouts (and she's an international diva having travelled with me from Toronto to London UK!) Friends and family trust my ability, patience and care for their dogs, and I hope you will too. When a dog is in my care, they get lots of long walks in the neighborhood and lots of running/catching in the local parks if they would like (please indicate if leashed/off-leash is preferred. I am also well positioned to take care of older dogs that have mobility issues, from when I cared for my own aging animal. Your friendly neighborhood doggie dad, at your service!

Viking had a wonderful time with Robert, Stoyan, and Novel. It’s always stressful to leave your pet with someone, especially a stranger, but for Viking it was super easy with this family. He was excited and had a great time and lots of cuddles! Thank you very very much!

Really great experience! Robert is super knowledgeable about dogs and their care. He was also super responsive and helped us build a plan after we had been left in a bind with another boarder. Ernie had some weird medical things pop up before we left and Robert took that all in stride. Really appreciate the care that Robert took with Ernie!
We couldn't have left Ruddiger with a more wonderful family during our trip overseas. Robert, Stoyan, and Novel made Rudd feel right at home from the get-go. They updated us regularly, and we felt so delighted that Rudd and Novel got along like best friends. We could praise them to no end, but we'll summarize by saying that they'll treat your baby like their own, and if you do allow them to care for your pup, your pup will be well-cared for.
Robert and his partner took amazing care of my pup, Malcolm! Not only were they quick to respond and accept on such short notice, but they were very accommodating and took amazing care of him. He had so much fun during his stay that he was totally wiped out! Thank you so much! Will definitely rebook!
5 stars from me and my pup Pluto, too bad there isn’t an option to rate higher! Robert and Stoyan are such lovely people, and so good with dogs. My pup had an absolute blast with them the past week while they boarded him. They were communicative, sent lots of photos, were great with following care instructions, and overall a great experience for my dog. I know my pup was happy to see me after this week, but he was definitely sad to leave them & their dog Novel. Highly recommend :)

Schedule
I work primarily from home and am able to give all day care to visitors. I take dogs out for a 1/2h walk every morning before starting work and do a longer walk in the evening whenever we can. I incorporate longer walks or trips to the beach once or twice a week and have no problems taking visiting dogs with us on our adventures. At home, there is alarge, fenced backyard that offers pets a lot of space to chill outdoors.

At home, i have lots of toys and beds for dogs to lay on but have a not-on-the-furniture policy which we try to uphold. The home is a 1 bedroom with living and kitchen so there is lots of space for larger dogs to lounge around, and there is a large patio at the back that expands the play space. I have a 6year old husky who loves to play and make new friends.
Pets
A typical day
I take the dogs to local dog parks (if the owner is open to it). Always with constant supervision, the dogs usually have a blast! Throughout the day i have a large yard for dogs to lounge and play on. I also have a dog if my own (6yo Husky-Labrador) so she usually keeps any guests entertained with her toys and energy.

- Please let me know if your dog has any special needs we should be accounting for. Are there any issue with barking, yipping or howling? Are there issues with recall? Do yo prefer walks with my dog (novel) or solo? Do you prefer them to saty on-leash while in the parks or is off-leash preferred? Lastly, dogs that are reasonably friendly with other dogs are preferred, as i do go on walks, to the park, and i have my own dog here at home that i need to ensure is feeling comfortable with guests.
