Since I retired 4 years ago I started a little handyman business but I'd like to scale back on that and get back to walking dogs at the shelter. My schedule is very flexible.

We already have three rescue dogs here so boarding a dog here probably wouldn't work out, unless it was for a day. We have a large fenced yard and our dogs are very safe here.

I retired 4 years ago and started my own handyman business. When I wasn't doing projects for folks I volunteered at Five Acres and Stray Paws in St. Peters walking dogs. In January 24' I rescued a dog with stage 3 kidney disease, Cookie. Vet said she had six months. She was with us a year and a half. I think her doggie companions and constant love enabled her to be with us longer that expected. We currently have three rescue dogs now, Siena, Mary Jane & Bleu. Can't imagine our lives without them.
