Several years ago Robert served as the Animal Control Officer in our town. He would gather up strays, take care of them and try to find them homes if needed. He took care of the animals and served for many years. When my husband got sick with cancer it was difficult for us to have our dog Teddy continue to live at home with us because of my husband's health. Unfortunately, it broke our hearts to have to give him up because Teddy had been abused by his former owners. So, we decided to put him down instead. Teddy lived in our home for several years and Robert was the strength needed to do the job. His kindness to animals was and is always apparent. Although we missed Teddy in our home, I can still see the love Robert has for animals as he walks them down the street. Good pet caregivers are defined by traits such as trustworthiness, patience, reliability, responsibility, and having a genuine love for animals. Robert examplifes as a loving pet caregiver. I can highly recommend Robert as anyone's pet caregiver.
