We had a great experience with Robert! He took such good care of our dog, Winnie, and kept us updated the whole time with pictures and messages letting us know she was doing well. It made us feel so much more comfortable being away from her. Winnie was happy and well cared for when we got back, and it was clear she was in great hands.
