I am recently retired from education. I have a flexible schedule and I live in an older home with a large yard fenced with chain link. I currently live in a rural community and I'm willing to drive to pick-up and deliver your fur babies for an extra fee. I am also willing to drive to your location for pet/house sitting. The first 50 miles for free, $.20/mile 50-80 miles, $.30/mile over 80 miles.

I have a fenced yard. Your fur babies can stay in house or outdoors as they desire. If they are in the back yard, I will either be out there with them or will be checking them frequently. They will not stay outside for extended periods with or without me in extreme weather. I have an older home with several rooms which can be closed/opened to configure different arrangements if a dog needs to remain on hard surfaces, however I prefer to have them with me in the same room so I can enjoy their company and keep an eye on them. It is a new environment for them!

A typical day
Daily routines for potty, feeding, hygiene, long walks at a local park, short walks around block, feeding, fresh water, play, rest, treats, toys, continual talking and reassurance.

Pet care experience
I have loads of love to share with dogs and don't know life without them, large, small, outgoing, shy, many types. I've raised puppies, and I recently lost my elderly pit granddog mix of 14 years, she lived with me for the last 8 years.
