Hi! I'm River! I am passionate about providing top-notch service for your furry friends. I have been around animals my entire life and have lived knowledge caring for both dogs and cats. Beyond growing up with animals, I routinely and reliably dog sit and walk the beloved dogs of friends and family. As a cat owner myself, I have intimate knowledge of the caregiving needs of cats. River is a very warm person with an obvious love for animals. We really appreciate the custom care they’ve given to our dog Rosco, and their attention to his high energy needs. Highly recommend!
River is very friendly. He came on time and he followed instructions well. He took the dogs for a nice walk. We will return to help with the dogs again.
River has a calm presence and is filled with compassion and kindness. Pets as a result warm up to him quickly and know they are safe. River is responsible and mature. He has taken care of my dog, Milo and Milo is always excited to see him and doesn’t care when I leave. My dog usually has separation anxiety. This is a tribute to River. He will treat your pet las if it his own :)
River is fantastic with our 6 year old Schnoodle, Ares. Ares if very high energy, but is cuddly once he settles down. River does a great job of calmly directing his energy in a loving way to encourage this calm behavior, as well as play with Ares when he is ready to zoom. River gives a true sense of treating every animal with love and respect as their own being and personality, rather than seeing them as property. Highly recommend River meeting and building a relationship with your fur babies!

Schedule
Currently I work part-time Friday through Sunday at a cafe, which limits my ability to provide daytime care over the weekend. I have full availability outside of those days for drop-ins and walks, and I am available for overnight care every night of the week.
