Fun, dependable sitter with 15+ years’ of animal experience, including cats, dogs, horses, guinea pigs, rabbits, rats, hamsters, mice, and more! Medical training means I confidently handle meds, injections, and senior or special-needs pets. I have volunteered at multiple organizations including the Boulder Humane Society, Colorado Horse Rescue, Left Hand Animal Clinic, and Greenwood Wildlife Rehabilitation. I have been pet sitting since I was a child and am excited to take excellent care of your pet and will treat them like family. I am finishing medical school at CU Anschutz right now and have finished all but one board exam and one more in person class - so until about May of 2027 (when I start residency), I have lots of free time and will be able to spent quality time with your pet. 😊🫶 I also will take millions of photos and send them to you, as well as occasionally draw your pet (no charge) if I have the time! I offer flexible care in both my home and clients’ homes. My house is spacious and pet-friendly, with two calm senior cats who coexist well with dogs. I ensure safe introductions and close supervision. I’m also happy to stay overnight or provide drop-in visits and walks. For cats, I prioritize care in your home to keep them comfortable and stress-free.

River was amazing! I felt very secure leaving Bell in her care while on vacation. She was communicative and made sure Bell had everything she needed. Would definitely recommend and will book again.
River was absolutely amazing!! This was our first time using Rover and we couldn’t have picked a better person to watch our animals! She was very responsive, took incredible notes during each visit, sent us a bunch of pictures that made us happy, and made sure our dog and two cats were loved while we were gone. We loved our experience with her and plan to book again in the future!
River is an extremely responsible, loving, and kind dog sitter. I have had her dog sit for me a few times and every time I do she gives me consistent updates (with pictures) and details on what they have done that day and how my dog is doing as well. She is someone who is extremely trustworthy and responsible on feeding time, any medicines and monitoring that may be needed, and spending time with the animal versus going out a lot and not being with the animals. She also is super respectful of my space. She cleans up after herself and left my home cleaner than I had it before I left! I would absolutely hire her anytime I needed someone to love and care for my baby.

Schedule
I have a very flexible schedule while finishing medical school, with minimal in-person commitments. I’m home studying most days, allowing me to provide reliable, attentive, and consistent pet care. I graduate medical school in December of ‘26 and won’t start residency until summer of ‘27, so I’ll be around for a while with lots of free time to dedicate to your sweet fur babies! 🐾
