I am a relative newbie to dog walking (have done so volunteering with rescue dogs) but have prior pet experience with hamsters. I am gentle, punctual, detail-oriented, and have a medical background. I will treat your pet with respect, will ensure safe practices, and will accommodate playtime if desired. I am also using this opportunity to help decide on getting a pet myself.

I believe in being gentle but firm when the pet wants to do something different than the human. For dog walking I will possibly be in the client's home during pickup and drop-off only. I am respectful of the client's wishes during those times
Ratings and reviews
I have an elderly dachshund named Nyla who has survived 3 back surgeries and still going although slower than when she was a pup. Ritu was very sweet and gentle with her in the home and on her walks. She made sure she could go at her own pace and didn't over do it. She carried her up and down the stairs and even made sure the pavement wasn't too hot for Nyla's little paws. I absolutely recommend Ritu as a loving and responsible pet caregiver.
