We are happy to customize care based on the individual need of each dog. We watch one dog at a time (unless two dogs are from the same home), so we can give our full attention. We also send updates and pictures each day and are happy to do a meet and greet ahead of time.

A typical day
We are happy to customize care based on the individual need of each dog! In general, we go for a walk first thing in the morning and give breakfast. I’ll be back from work typically around 5. Water is available at all times. Evening walk and dinner followed by a bathroom break before bed time. Mid day walks or runs are also available if needed as I am an easy commute from work. Overall, we have fun! The kids love to give even more attention, belly rubs, kisses, playing fetch, etc but will also give your dog rest time if he needs some space. We are also very careful not to over do it with older dogs or ones who would rather lounge around.

Pet care experience
I live in Green Hills and am an easy walk to a nearby greenway around McCabe Golf Course or a quick stroll to Woodmont Park. I have three enthusiastic boys and one girl who will be thrilled to help take care of your pet. Your dog will have no lack of attention while with us. I will be watching over everything and will be the primary caretaker. If your dog likes to run distances, please let me know! I am always up for a Greenway run (about 4.5 miles). I have an enclosed yard, dog run, and an inside, built in dog house. I have grown up with German Shepards, Dalmatians, Golden retrievers, Bichon Frise, Corgies, and mutts, and have loved them all. My family situation with grandparents in other states restricts me in getting a dog of my own right now, but in the meantime, my kids and I would love to take care of your dog for a while. I like to mirror your dogs habits to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Whether they are used to sleeping in a crate, on a dog bed, person bed, or anywhere in the house, I am happy to accommodate!

Ritch and his kids are fantastic with Indie, my Siberian Husky mix. Indie is always happy to go to their house and I can relax on vacation knowing that she is well taken care of.
