I've worked with an animal rescue organization for four years and received the needed dog training. I find great joy getting to know your pet and discovering their individual needs and strengths.

Wow! I am so grateful for finding Miss Rita on Rover! I had an unavoidable work trip out of town and found Miss Rita on this site. My Pup took a vacation with new friends at Miss Rita’s where she was treated like family ☺️. Miss Rita kept us updated with pictures and quick video clips throughout the day and I could see how content and happy my pet was. I can’t say enough good things about her care-She was happy to see us of course when we picked her up, but her relaxed demeanor and behavior after coming home showed she’d been comfortable and well cared for-Miss Rita is the ABSOLUTE BEST second puppy Mama !
If you need a sitter that not only understands how dogs act but learns how to understand YOUR dog- then Rita and her big beautiful fenced in yard is a treat for your dog. She socializes her pets together and individually loves on them. She is detailed in the care she provides bc she wants to get to know your dog. She has a very safe home for them basically in the quiet country with a back porch in and out pet screen~ so there's lots of supervised outside time. She's like family with my Maltese.
We Couldn’t have asked for better pet sitter for our pups. Rita kept us updated with sweet photos and videos of our pups. they came home happy and relaxed. Rita also spoiled them with cute ties and bananas to take home. Plus a good bag for me and my husband. So thoughtful and kind. It is a huge relief to travel knowing your furry family members are in such caring hands. We will definitely book them again!"

So glad I read the reviews and chose Ms. Rita to care for our Brody. Brody came into our lives from a rescue and we were worried about him being introduced to a new environment so soon. Ms. Rita went through the process step by step and we left feeling that Brody would be in a safe and happy environment. The daily photos and videos kept us at ease through the weekend. Will absolutely use Ms. Rita again.
Wow! What can I say about Miss Rita other than fantastic! She made sure to walk me through the process before drop off, during drop off, and for pickup. She kept me updated with pictures and videos throughout the weekend, and made sure Boone was loved and cared for. After all of the work she put into caring for Boone before we got there, I knew he was in perfect hands during his stay. I had peace of mind the entire time and didn’t worry about him once. Rita is a master of her craft in caring for your fur babies. I highly recommend and will definitely be using Miss Rita in the future!

Schedule
I care for dogs full time in which DoorDash is used on a regular recurring basis. Using mostly DoorDash helps limit, for example, separation anxiety due to my absence.

A typical day
During the day we are socializing, encouraging old and new commands while roaming in an acre of a fenced in yard that is next to a farm. There’s nothing more fun than playing in a safe, caring and positive consistent environment.

- It is very important to discuss the background and the needs of your dog. The first step is a phone interview where are the pet parent and I discussed the care of your dog. All dogs are carefully introduced to the other dogs, thereby limiting stress on the dog and the pet parent. Working together with the pet can be a good and rewarding relationship.
