Highlights
Pet care experience
Decades of animal care experience.
I have had cats and dogs my entire life. I was a humane officer for a brief time in the 1980s and have worked for Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. I only take one client at a time. I do not take Pitbull’s or any dogs under 3 years old.

Ratings and reviews
Rita was FANTASTIC! I felt 100% confident that my little girl (Faith) would be in the best hands. Rita sent photos and videos almost daily and they were so appreciated! She took Faith on walks multiple times throughout the day and has a fantastic, fully fenced yard for your pet to play and explore. I would never hesitate to recommend Rita! She’s wonderful, kind and attentive. A+++++

I absolutely trust Rita with my pets, she is reliable, loves animals, very practical, treats them kindly and does what is needed. Cats or dogs - she's great!
I have known Rita Gibbs for well over thirty years and have consistently found her to be a caring, compassionate, and highly attentive pet owner, having cared for multiple generations of pets. As a veterinarian, I have seen firsthand the level of detail and dedication she brings to the care of her own animals, and I can confidently say that her commitment to animal welfare and well-being spans decades. I recommend her without hesitation to care for others’ pets and would gladly entrust my own animals to her care.

I work from home. When I’m gone it’s typically 30 mins -1 hour, occasionally up to 3-4 hours but that is rare. I am home 90% of the time. I also have cameras in my house and in my backyard.
