I’ve had animals my entire life, from big to small and both cats and dogs and i’ve always loved animals more than anything. I’ve also dog sat and taken care of neighbor, family members and friends animals and it’s more of a hobby and less of a job! I will feed, exercise, bathe and comb animals if/when needed and will love every part of it!!

Rita is the best! Our precious Max passed away last year and he loved going to her house so much. The first time we needed a place for our new baby, Sage, I didn’t even look anywhere else. It was great to get pics and updates easing my mind while we were away. Very happy dog and family that we have Rita!
Rita took wonderful care of our shy and timid puppy, and from the photos we saw she was cuddled and loved and played with just as if she was home. It was just the chill and relaxed environment my nervous dog needed, with only Rita’s sweet dog as the other furry guest present. It was a great experience for us and we’ll definitely book again!

Schedule
I work part-time at Anthropologie with flexible scheduling—typically 4-hour shifts a few days a week. This gives me plenty of availability throughout my days to hangout, play, and care for your pet! I've always been comfortable around animals and genuinely enjoy spending time with them, whether it's daily walks, playtime, or just keeping them company. My schedule varies weekly, but I'm very reliable about communicating my work shifts in advance so we can plan accordingly.

I live with my mom and our friendly pup Halbert, and we have a fenced backyard that's perfect for dogs to run around safely! I'm pretty active and love exercising, so any dog staying with us will get tons of walks, playtime, and attention. Between my mom and me, there's usually always someone home with the pets, though I'm the main one taking care of them. We're both huge animal lovers and understand the importance of good care. Our place is super dog friendly—we let our dog hang out on the couch and sleep wherever, but I can also put them in a crate if needed. I'm totally flexible though, so just let me know what your dog's routine is like at home and I'll stick to whatever works best for them!

A typical day
I love starting the day with a morning walk while it's still cool; it sets a positive tone for both of us! After we get back, I'll give your pet breakfast and let them settle and rest from the walk. Once they're ready, we'll head to my backyard or local dog park for some playtime with toys and running around to burn off some energy. The afternoon is usually a bit more relaxing; we might watch TV together, have some cuddle sessions, or just hang out. After dinner, we'll end the day with a shorter walk to wind down before bedtime, and then we get to do it all over again the next day!
