Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I genuinely love. My dog is my best friend, and although I no longer live with him, I still look after him regularly. He is now a senior, so I have experience adapting to the needs of an older dog and giving him the extra patience, attention and care he needs. I’m also very close with my boyfriend’s cat, and friends and family often joke that I’m an “animal whisperer” because animals tend to warm to me very quickly! I have experience looking after both dogs and cats for friends and family, as well as caring for my own dog. I’m happy to provide boarding, house sitting, drop-in visits, doggy day care, and dog walking, depending on what you and your pet need. This can include walks, feeding, playtime, toilet breaks, companionship and simply spending time with your pet so they don’t feel alone while you’re away. I’ll always follow their normal routine and any instructions you provide. I’m currently a university student with a very flexible schedule. I only have a few hours of university on Mondays and Fridays, meaning I’m available throughout most of the week and can dedicate plenty of time to the pets I’m caring for. I’m also flexible with mornings, evenings and weekends. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet and your home in someone else’s care. I’m reliable, attentive and respectful, and I would treat every pet with the same love and care that I give my own. I’m also more than happy to send regular photos and updates so you can see how your pet is getting on while you’re away! 🐾
