Information Rita A. would like to know about your pet
I would love to know as much as possible about your pet, like daily routines, likes and dislikes and any special dietary requirements. The more information the better it is to provide a great service. The temperament of the pet is also very important, so any unusual behaviour can can be picked up quickly and remedied.
A typical day
I’m happy to start the day off with a good walk in the local neighbourhood to explore new scents and be sociable, followed by a good breakfast. A little down time to catch up on emails etc before a fun session (in the back garden, if possible). Lunch and a little rest before a longer walk late afternoon to get the best out of the day before dinner and me setting off to my work and leaving your treasured pet to have a well earned rest.

Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and cats at my parents home. My very own first pet as a teenager was a mixed breed black Pomeranian and I had a cat too. In later life my husband and I had a pure breed White German shepherd for 5 years or so and we then started a family and later had two moggies. We still have one and she’s over 19 years old. I’ve always loved dogs and cats 😍

Absolutely wonderful! Regular updates. Looked after our pup so well. Was so helpful when we were desperate for cover over a few days in the holidays. Would definitely recommend.

Rita is a fabulous pet sitter, I’m so glad to have found her on here. She has a natural knack and love for animals which absolutely shows, and as a pet sitter she is friendly, responsible, and a fantastic communicator. Rita provided overnight stays for us & having our cat and our house in her capable hands really took so much stress out of our time away. She sent us many lovely photos of our happy boy with lots of little updates while we were away and also helped us out with many little extras around our home above and beyond simple cat feeding. She really exceeded our expectations in so many ways, and is just such a pleasurable person overall to communicate with. Our house was absolutely immaculate when we returned home and our cat was happy, calm, and had clearly been very comfortable in Rita’s company. Now that we’ve found Rita, we suddenly feel free to think more about nights away and have already made plans to book her again soon. I wholeheartedly recommend Rita for pet and house sitting needs & look forward to more future bookings with her ourselves.
Rita has done house-sitting for my dog, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. It is a delight to watch them when they meet and greet each other. Being a pet owner herself, Rita has good knowledge and understanding of dogs and cats. With Rita, I have complete peace of mind, knowing that my furry friend is in excellent hands. Without a doubt, I would happily book Rita again in the future.
