I love being surrounded by dogs, and I'm available to care for your dog in my home 365 days a year. I'm very flexible and able to accomodate your busy schedule. With over 500 5-star reviews and over 200 repeat customers, I'm by far the most experienced sitter in all of Lansing! At Serene Critter Care I offer dog boarding and daycare. During their visit, your pup will be in a fun and loving environment. When you board with me, you can expect the best care for your loved one. They will be treated like my own, with respect, compassion and love. Your pup will have good socialization with other well-mannered dogs during their stay. Your dog will enjoy play and social time with my two dogs and my other guests. At Serene Critter Care, your dog will make themselves at home with full access to my living area, and frequent trips to my fenced-in back yard. You can trust that your pet will be treated like family here. ** My ex-wife Victoria is not dogsitting anymore. As a result, I no longer offer Baths or Nailtrims. ** I *DO* accept: - Friendly, playful dogs that enjoy being around other pups - Quiet, happy dogs that like to cuddle on the couch - Elderly dogs that like to nap all day I *DO NOT* accept: - Breeds with dangerous jaws (Pitbull, Rottweiler, etc) - Guard dogs, attack dogs or intimidating dogs (German Shepherd etc) - Dogs with any history of aggression or bites - Dogs over 40ish pounds - Destructive dogs (chewing on walls, furniture, cables, etc) - Excessively loud dogs - Night barkers - Dogs that might hop my 3.5 foot backyard fence

My dogs were well loved and cared for! Rishi sent us videos daily and was phenomenal and was able to keep up with my young puppy. We will be using him again.
Amazing dog sitters! I was so nervous- our house sitter was leaving to get married and we hadn’t ever left finn for so long. i researched Rover- i don’t think Rishi had one bad review and all 5 stars! I reached out and crossed my fingers and prayed and he had space. I got lots of updates and photos and was able to completely enjoy my vacation. Finn was so happy with alll the other dogs and didn’t seem to have much anxiety. Rishi also said he was welcome back anytime. I would highly recommend Rishi.
We had a great experience with Rishi! Ziggy was well cared for, happy, and comfortable when we picked him up. Communication was easy and reassuring, and it was clear Ziggy was in good hands. We would definitely book again and recommend to others.

Dogs share my living area with me, just like they probably do in your home. They have full access to my living room and dining room, and sometimes the kitchen. I also have a Dog Bedroom on the first floor, that door is often open during the day as well. I am very selective with my clientele. I only accept dogs that are safe around other dogs.

Ein typischer Tag
Your pet will have access to my toy-filled living area where they will play all day with other well mannered dogs. I allow dogs on the couch, and offer all day cuddles and lap time. The dogs are allowed outside for monitored potty breaks several times a day. If your dog prefers to sleep in a kennel at night then please bring it with you when you drop them off, as I do not have any guest kennels. Your dog will generally be in the kennel only for feeding time and bed time; the rest of the day will be like a fun vacation for your dog.
