Before hosting, we’ll discuss your dog’s routine, your expectations, their characteristics, likes and fears, allergies, training techniques, medication needs, emergency contact information, socialization preferences, and temperament. Please inform me of anything else I should know to provide the best care. I am unable to host dogs that: - Have a high bark level - Are destructive - Are not house/potty trained - Show aggression towards humans
A typical day
A typical day may include a walk or jog around the neighborhood, visits to nearby dog parks for play and socialization, and, for adventurous dogs, a planned hiking trip. Each day is tailored to your dog’s needs and preferences to ensure they have a fun and enjoyable experience.

Hello! I joined the Rover community in October 2020 and have had the pleasure of sitting many wonderful dogs of various breeds and temperaments. My experience ensures that I can cater to your dog’s unique needs, making them feel comfortable and loved in my care. I am enthusiastic about providing engaging activities for your furry friend, whether it’s walking or jogging, playing at dog parks, or even planning exciting hiking trips for adventurous pups. Your dog’s happiness and well-being are my top priorities, and I strive to create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for them.

This was our second time leaving our pup with Rio. All went well. Great communication, updates and photos… Happy dog… We’ll be using Rio again.

Our 12 year old Brittany had a wonderful time with Rio and his wife at daycare. They were very attentive to his needs and sent photos of our happy boy throughout his stay. We would love to use Rio again.
