Another 10/10 stay with Rima. I can’t overstate how comfortable and happy I am leaving the dogs with her, and how comfortable and happy the dogs are staying with her! They’re so loved and well taken care of, with regular walks and daily photo and video updates. She’s able to meet their needs and deal with medications and special issues. I fully recommend and we will definitely use Rima again!
Used Rima's daycare service for a 2nd time and once again she delivered excellent care for our cavapoo, who loves staying at Rima's. So much so that she diverts on walks in the area to her door.
Rima was very accommodating and flexible with the booking arrangements. She gave our dog a very warm and loving home, with plenty of walks and playtime during the day. It was lovely receiving updates whilst at work, seeing how happy our dog has been with Rima. Will definitely book again. Thanks.
Our dogs were recently with Rima for an extended stay and we were super pleased with how happy and loved they were in her care. So when a family emergency came up it wasn’t even a question of what to do with the dogs, but just whether or not Rima was free. She was able to watch the dogs while we with our son in hospital, and it was such a relief to know again that they were being cared for and loved. We didn’t worry about them for even a second, Rima was flexible and kind and accommodating. We had regular updates and knew they were taken care of. Thank you again!
