Riley provided EXCELLENT care and communication while caring for our pet cat. She was reliable, caring, and punctual. While being away our pet Finn was well taken care of with food, water, playtime and litter box cleaning. Riley exceeded our expectations!!! We will be requesting yo rebook with her if she is available for our next time away from home. We thank Riley for caring for Finn. He was in great hands. Thank you!!!

Riley was fantastic! We're new to using Rover, and were nervous at first, as we were booking for drop in visits while we needed to go out of town unexpectedly. I had a good feeling about Riley based on the other reviews. As soon as I connected with her, I knew she'd be a good fit. She even agreed to meet us before the first scheduled drop-in date, to go over the "routine"! Our cats are on a specific and detailed schedule for food and medications. Riley asked great questions, picked up the process immediately, and had great natural instincts. The cats instantly accepted her, even our super scaredy cat walked right up to her and welcome her!!! Honestly, that told me all I needed to know. Riley gave us the confidence and comfort we needed, so we could focus on our time away, knowing that our fur babies were in her very capable and caring hands! We communicated openly and she sent great pictures of play time. As others have said, Riley is kind, caring, attentive, experienced. I'll add that she's genuine, honest, detailed, patient, observant, intuitive, attentive, gentle, respectful, and punctual. She has been exactly who we needed, and we will 100000% book with her again and again.

At my current residence I am unfortunately unable to host any additional pets in my home, but I am more than willing to stay in your home to look after your pets or pick-up/meet just about anywhere for walks or playtime!
