I strongly believe in following house rules as pertains to your pet. If they get a little snack in the middle of the day, I can give them one. If they need to be crated after a walk, I can crate them. I know that every animal has their own personality and requires their own level of patience and attention. Before taking on a client I am sure to understand each animal’s needs. If they are not dog-friendly, kid-friendly, squirrel-friendly, I’ll want to know so I can cater my time with them accordingly.

Pet care experience
Loving animals has been a core personality trait of mine for my entire life. I majored in bio-veterinary medicine in college and during that time worked as a vet tech. I have worked with just about every kind of animal (seriously, I’ve been a farm hand, a zookeeper, and a sea turtle rehabilitator) and feel very comfortable with all ages. From the teeniest puppy to the sweetest senior, I love them all!

Your dog is in for a treat if they’re staying with Riley. My dog Hadley often doesn’t want to part ways after a walk or weekend with Riley. Riley makes sure my dog gets her daily walks, medication, and plenty of pets. I appreciate that she sends photos and videos and reassures me that everything is going well so I have no need to worry while away.
