I'm up every morning early in the mornings and I’m still a bit of a night owl, so I can be there at whatever hours you need. Whenever I'm caring for pets, I like to take my time and make sure everything is organized and everyone is happy!

I will care for your pets how I would want someone to spoil mine, and I’ll leave your space how I found it, if not better than before. I want to make sure I'm respecting you, your pet, and your home. I'm here to take care of your pet in any way you need while also ensuring that everyone is comfortable and happy!
Information Riley I. would like to know about your pet
I will want to know some basics like any restrictions I should follow or specific routines that your pets have (eating, walking, bathroom, exercise, etc). It's also important for me to understand your interpretation of their temperament, so I can ensure that they're content when I'm caring for them (i.e. not deviating from their usual personality and activities). Just in case, I'll also inquire about medical history and certain triggers.
A typical day
A lot of dogs I watch are high energy, so I love to take them on long walks (sometimes even runs!). I think it's also important to mentally stimulate our fur babies so playing games with them (tug of war, hide and seek, fetch, etc.) is a big part of our typical day. For some relaxation time, I'll bring the pets outside to sit in the sun or listen to some good music (I personally think they like classic rock the best).

Pet care experience
Hi! I'm Riley, and I'm a college student and athlete in Memphis! Not only do I have a genuine love, adherence, and patience for animals, but I have over 8 years of a diverse range of pet care experiences. I've been working on Rover for a couple of years now, and I've previously worked in pet shelters and rescue organizations, dealing with different ages, circumstances, temperaments, etc. Additionally, I am still currently volunteering at a pet sanctuary in Memphis and am very passionate in what I do. I am knowledgeable, energetic, and patient, so I can adhere to your pets' paw-some personalities! Above all, I believe in clear, direct communication to ensure that you feel comfortable knowing that your pet is safe and happy in my hands.

Such a wonderful sitter and photographer!! Will book with you again when needed😊

Riley was amazing with my kitten Darcy! She communicated with me well and went above and beyond to ensure Darcy was cared for.

Very kind, efficient, and professional!
Riley did an outstanding job with our cat Alice including managing a complicated medication/feeding schedule. Highly recommended!
