I’m currently a veterinary technology student in Cadillac MI, so I’m away for school part of the week, but I’m more than happy to commute if needed! I’m available most weekends and some weekdays for drop-ins or overnight care in Mio MI and the surrounding areas and dog walking or drop-ins most weekdays in Cadillac MI and the surrounding areas! If you are located in the one of the surrounding areas and it looks like you are out of my service range, please reach out to me and I would be more than happy to work something out with you and your furry friends! I’m flexible and always do my best to work around your pet’s schedule. Whether it’s early mornings, evenings, or weekends, I’ll make sure your pet gets the care, love, and attention they deserve while you’re away.

I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and comfort level so they feel secure and loved while you’re away. In your home, I treat your space with the same respect and care that I give your pet, keeping things clean, calm, and consistent with their usual routine. I’m experienced in handling pets of all temperaments and am confident with basic first aid and medication administration from my vet tech training. When pets stay with me, they’ll get a calm, cozy, and supervised environment with plenty of playtime, cuddles, and tail-wagging fun. My goal is always to create a safe, happy space where pets can relax and owners can have complete peace of mind.

A typical day
A typical day in my care is all about keeping pets happy, comfortable, and loved. Mornings usually start with some fresh air — a walk, a little yard play, or quiet snuggle time depending on what your pet enjoys. Throughout the day, I make sure they get a good mix of exercise, attention, and downtime that fits their normal routine. When I’m caring for pets in your home, I follow your instructions closely to keep things consistent and stress-free. Feeding, walks, medications, and playtime are all done on schedule with plenty of love in between. At my home, your pet will be in the company of my two dogs — one is very energetic and playful, while the other prefers to keep to herself. I’m always mindful of personalities and comfort levels, and I have the space and means to separate pets if needed to make sure everyone feels safe and relaxed. No matter the age, energy level, or where they stay, I always focus on giving your pet a safe, relaxed, and fun day full of tail wags, belly rubs, comfort, and love! My goal is for them to feel like they’re part of the family that feels just like home!

I’ve had dogs my entire life and even had a cat of my own, so caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I’m currently studying to become a veterinary technician, and I bring both compassion and knowledge to every pet I care for. I’ve pet-sat many dogs and cats for family and friends over the years and have hands-on experience with animals of all sizes, ages, and personalities—including some large animals. I’m also comfortable caring for pets with special medical, dietary, or behavioral needs. Whether your pet loves playtime, long walks, or quiet snuggles, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. My goal is to give every animal the same care and attention I give my own—reliable, compassionate, and always full of tail-wagging fun!

Riley has always had a special place in her heart for animals. Her dream of being a Vet Tech and being able to work with and help animals are only a short dream away. I honestly believe Riley was born to be in this field because animals are her passion.
Since riley was young she’s always loved animals, loved animals so much that she is going into vet tech as a career. All she has ever wanted to do is care, and love for every animal she has ever met. She wants them to feel loved, and cared for since she was a young girl. I know that Riley will take care of any animal she has a chance to care for. I wouldn’t want anyone else looking over my animal, I know when she is responsible for my pet I know they will be in the most best of hands. I can’t recommend her enough!!
