My experience did not match the service I expected. The sitter arrived later than the agreed-upon time. On Saturday, she told me she would be gone from approximately 3 PM–7 PM, but my security cameras showed a different timeline. She arrived around 2:30 PM, left, returned around 5 PM, left again, and did not return until approximately 10 PM. My security cameras also recorded two different unauthorized people entering my home during separate visits, and her boyfriend stayed overnight in my home without my knowledge or permission. The following morning, my cameras showed what appeared to be a bottle of alcohol being thrown away before they left. I expect clear communication, respect for my home, and for the booking to be carried out as agreed. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.

Riley is the best pet sitter and we have used her several times, and would continue to! She loves animals and treats our dog like a princess and as if she's a part of the family! She's detail oriented and trustworthy in our home. We never feel like we have to look through our items to make sure anything is missing. She is very reliable and if something comes up, she always gives us a heads up. She is also timely and organized. She is very easy to talk to and is willing to go above and beyond to make your pet comfortable and happy!
