When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to maintain their usual routine so they feel safe and comfortable. I follow any specific instructions closely, whether it’s feeding times, preferred toys, or medication schedules, and I take time to get to know each pet’s personality. I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and affection (on their terms, of course!). I also keep their space tidy, clean litter boxes, and send regular updates so you know your pet is happy and well cared for. I treat every home with respect and every pet like family.

When I watch pets, I love to keep them active, happy, and comfortable by engaging in fun activities tailored to their needs and personality. For dogs, I enjoy taking them on long walks, playing fetch or tug-of-war, and even setting up little obstacle courses at home. With cats, I like to keep things playful and cozy—whether that’s chasing a feather toy, setting up a sunny window perch, or enjoying some quiet cuddle time. I’m also attentive to the needs of smaller pets like rabbits, birds, or hamsters, giving them time to roam safely, offering enrichment toys, and providing gentle care. My goal is always to make sure every pet feels loved and entertained while their owners are away.
