I’ve grown up with dogs and have years of experience caring for pets, including walking, feeding, playing, giving lots of attention, and staying with them while their owners are away. I have two dogs of my own and have also cared for pets for family, friends, and others over the years, so I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes, ages, personalities, and energy levels. I’m patient, dependable, and understand that every pet has their own routine and needs. I’m also comfortable following specific feeding, walking, and care instructions to make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable while you’re away!

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always make sure to follow their normal routine as closely as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I pay close attention to any instructions about feeding, walks, medications, playtime, or specific behaviors to look out for. I’m respectful of both your pet and your home, and I make sure doors, gates, leashes, and other safety measures are always secure. I also know how reassuring it is to hear how your pet is doing while you’re away, so I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos!

Riley is responsible, caring, trustworthy, and dependable. She has a genuine love for animals, is attentive to their needs, and would provide dogs with plenty of care, exercise, and attention.
Riley is great with dogs, having 2 herself I don’t think I’ve seen someone have more of a passion more them then her. She is always prioritizing their play time and activity so she is always walking them and playing with them. There is no one that I would trust more with my dogs than her!

Schedule
As a senior at UNH, I have a flexible class schedule with plenty of availability throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, and pet care. I live right in downtown Durham, so I’m within walking distance of many nearby neighborhoods, and I also have my own car for clients a little farther away. I’m able to work around my classes and can be available during the day, in the evenings, and on weekends depending on your pet’s needs!
