Safety, trust & environment
When I enter a client’s home, I always want to ensure the upmost respect is being given not only to the owner, but also their home and possessions as well. But most importantly to the animal. My main goal is making sure they get plenty of potty breaks and can get energy out by having fun and using their brain.

Information Rileigh L. would like to know about your pet
Important things to know about dogs ahead of time: if they have any ticks/triggers, phobias/fears, allergies or health issues, special needs, and how they are around other animals or people. I will ensure to use every ounce of information given to me to better take care of your dog!
A typical day
I love to stimulate both the dog’s mental and physical abilities as both are very important to have a satisfied dog. In terms of physical most dogs love chasing humans around or playing a good game of tug-of-war or fetch. For mental I love to do many things like hiding treats either around the permitted area of the home or in old rags I keep in my car and so much more. Did you know that 15-20 minutes of sniffing on a walk is equivalent to around an hour of running for a dog? I love to watch them use their brain!

Pet care experience
I’ve had my own dog since I was 3 years old who recently passed in February of 2023. I have taken care of animals of all kinds, including big, little, and elder dogs, cats, rabbits, and chickens. I will be adopting a rescue on July 21st, 2025 and therefore have deactivated my doggy daycare and boarding services for the time being until I get him trained and ready to handle pet clients!
Cat care experience

Rileigh also cares for cats. Learn about their cat-specific care experience.

Rileigh never lets you down! My dog loves her like family

It’s hard for me to trust someone else with my dogs but I’m so glad I choose Rileigh!! My dogs are a bit choosy about who they trust, but they warmed up to her pretty quickly! She kept me updated throughout the stay with photos and notes, and I could tell my dogs were happy and well cared for. It’s such a relief to find someone I can trust completely with their care. I’ve already booked her again and plan to rely on her whenever I need help. Highly recommend! 😊

A great sitter!! Always exceeds my expectations. We love using Rileigh as our sitter

Rileigh was so amazing and keep us up to date with our sweet pup!
