My schedule varies from week to week, but I can usually work around it to accommodate pet care requests. I am a healthcare professional & postbacc student living and working in Boulder, CO. At the moment, I work evenings in a lab and have morning classes a few times a week. I usually have time in the early mornings, afternoons, some evenings, and some full days which I dedicate solely towards pet care. I am open to pet sits that last through the weekend.

Hi there! My name is Rikku (he/him) & I have 20+ years of experience in pet care (cat sitting, dog sitting, & dog training). I am available to watch & care for pets for short-term or long-term stays (up to 2+ weeks). I live in Boulder and am willing to travel for long-term pet sits. I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes and ages, and am available to walk them in the early mornings and sometimes in the afternoons and late evenings. I specialize in puppy care and have 10 years of experience in dog training. I am also great with cats and other pets, as I've cared for cats since childhood. We had Rikku care for our pets, Babaloo and Pye Pye, from December 26th to January 3rd, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they received! Babaloo, our diabetic dog, requires insulin injections, and Rikku followed our instructions meticulously, giving us peace of mind during our time away. Rikku was attentive, reliable, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. Both pets seemed happy and well-cared-for upon our return.
