Rikki is the best!! She really spends the time understanding what Phoebe likes and doesn’t like and catering the experience based on that. She makes Phoebe little homemade toys and even brings her a “happy bag” so she can sniff around! Phoebe has given me so many helpful recommendations as a new cat owner - including bowls, vets, toys, behavioral suggestions, etc. I know she really cares for her kitty clients and you can tell because the kitties love her right back! Phoebe will literally take naps on her lap :’) If you want someone who will go the extra mile to really engage with your cat and make them happy while you’re gone, then Phoebe is the right person 1000%
