The sidekick sitter
I've always had a very strong love for dogs having them around me all throughout my childhood. I would love that I could make money doing something I love so much as if it wasn't even a job. I'm very flexible on hours and availability. I'm all for giving dogs the exercise and socialization they need, to live fit, happy, and healthy lives. I've been a cook for coming up to 10 years now. I have my food handlers card and I'm cpr certified. I have 2 kids that are very good with dogs and love to help wear the dogs out as well with so much fun and activities. I Can't wait to hopefully hear from you soon and meet those amazing companions of yours!

This was my first time boarding Rocky using rover, I usually take him to a pet hotel when I travel. I did a lot of searching for the right sitter, needing someone who doesn’t mind that Rocky hasn’t been fixed and would give him the alone time he needed. Luckily i was able to find Rick! He provided photos and updates while I was away and made this process not so anxious for myself! When I picked Rocky up it was almost like he didn’t want to come home!! I am so thankful that Rick was able to watch my sweet dog and will definitely be using him and his family again!
I had a fantastic experience with Rick taking care of my dog. Very accommodating when I had to adjust drop off and pick up times. Would gladly work with him again next time I'm in the area! Thanks so much!

This was our first time experience with dog sitting and we couldn’t have asked for a better or more caring sitter. We were concerned our 4-1/2 month old puppy would have severe separation anxiety, but Ricks family made our puppy immediately part of theirs. Rick kept us up to date with pictures and messages on her progress and well being. Being a puppy she required a lot of attention and Ricks whole family kept her engaged. We are very grateful for the great care Rick and his family showed our puppy and will definitely use him again.
Rick and his family are wonderful!! We loved the updates and felt like she was happy and loved the entire time! I’m pretty sure she didn’t even miss us because she was so happy. We will absolutely use him again! Thank you, Rick!
This was our first time using Rover. Rick was great, sending photos and updates of our puppy Louie and we were happy to see our puppy having fun and adjusting to a new environment. Couldn’t ask for a more positive experience.

Schedule
I'm always available to be watching the dogs 24/7. Even if i have to run somewhere my Wife helps as well. So someone is always with them.

I have a giant fenced backyard for them to run around in. They're also always getting attention from my 2 kids as well. Who are very good with dogs.
A typical day
I like to take them for walks around my neighborhood. Go for truck rides to home depot or petco. Go to the lake or some hikes.
