This was my very first-time using Rover, and when I say I am overly pleased. Richardine is AWESOME! I was so nervous to use the service because I had just had a pup pass away, and I did not know what I was going to do going forward. I did a meet and greet with Richardine, and I knew at that moment, my pup will be with Richardine each time I will need a sitter. Very personable, reliable, and made sure I received photos throughout the day to let me know what my pup was doing. Once I picked my pup up, she was playing, and happy.
