For home visits, I make sure doors and gates are secure, follow your instructions closely, and treat your home with respect. On walks, I make sure your dog is safe, secure and comfortable with the environment. I also have a van fitted with secure crates, allowing me to safely transport dogs to more suitable or interesting walking locations when needed.

Before I look after your dog, it’s really helpful to know about any reactivity, fears or triggers, as well as their general temperament around people and other dogs. Please also share any medical issues, pain concerns, dietary needs, and what training cues or marker words they already know. The more I understand about your dog, the better I can tailor their walk to suit!

A typical day depends on each dog’s needs. On walks, we might explore local woods, practise engagement or play games like tug or “find it”.

I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and my passion for working with them really developed while training and supporting my own reactive dog. That experience sparked a deep interest in understanding canine behaviour and for the past year I’ve been shadowing experienced behaviourists to continue building my skills. I’m now pursuing a career in dog handling and behaviour, and I bring that knowledge into every walk I take. My one-to-one walks focus on building foundational skills that set dogs up for long-term success. They’re ideal for dogs in training or dogs who benefit from the extra structure and guidance that group walks simply can’t provide.
