My day revolves around your pet's routine and individual needs. A typical day might start with a trip to the garden for a wee and stretch, followed by breakfast, and then a good walk or some outdoor play. Later, there might be some indoor play, another walk if needed, and dinner—always tailored to your pet’s routine and preferences. I make sure they get plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and affection throughout the day, and I base their care on your instructions to ensure they stay happy, comfortable, and well looked after.

I have previously travelled further afield for sits and may expand my coverage again in the future. Dog Walking: I love taking dogs out for walks and making sure they get plenty of fresh air and exercise. I’m happy to offer solo walks when needed, as well as longer or more active outings for dogs who enjoy extra time outdoors. I’m happy to walk your recommended route and make every outing safe, structured, and enjoyable, so your dog comes home happy and settled. Richard looked after our two senior huskies (and our tortoise) over the heatwave weekend and did a brilliant and considerate job of keeping them cool and looked after. The dogs were very happy with him and he was very respectful of our home. Our flight was cancelled on the way home and Richard very kindly stayed on with the dogs until we could get back. We would definitely book with Richard again, thank you!
The labs clearly had an excellent time with Richards. He is very helpful and well organised. I will be using him again if he is available.
We would leave a 6 star review if we could. This is the first time we have used a dog sitter. We were very nervous about leaving our 2 dogs (both have their own insecurities) but they were instantly at ease with Richard and we returned to find the house just as we’d left it and lovely and clean and tidy. Richard’s regular updates reassured us that they were happy and very well looked after and we couldn’t have asked for a better service. Highly recommended.
Tom and Jerry had a fabulous time with Richard who was fantastic. He kept us informed and reassured throughout the day and 'problem solved' effectively re access and accidents. We were very happy and are looking to book him again.
