Pet care experience

When pets are family, I’m here.

I’ve loved and cared for pets my entire life, including my own sweet pup, Ebony, who has special medical needs and follows a strict routine. My experience extends to cats and dogs with unique requirements, so I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and compassion. I know our pets are family, and it’s my joy to be a trusted extension of that family whenever your schedule needs an extra helping hand.

I cannot recommend Richard enough. We are going through a tough time with our baby girl Missy who is a special needs dog that more recently has become immobile. Richard went above and beyond to provide her top notch care while we were out of town for the weekend. Richard helped her with the bathroom, administered medication, and took great care feeding her. We were in a bind and really came in the clutch for us. Thank you for taking great care of our girl Missy! Highly recommend.

Schedule

Pet care is naturally woven into my daily routine because it’s something I’ve always done. As someone who works from home, I take frequent breaks to care for and check on the well being of pets under my care. From feeding, walks, and playtime to administering medications and sticking to consistent schedules, caring for pets is just a normal part of my day. With my own dogs, Ebony (who has special needs) and Ivory, I’m already used to structuring my time around what pets require to stay happy and healthy. Whether it’s daily visits or occasional check-ins, making space for pet care in my week is something I truly enjoy and look forward to.

Safety, trust & environment

In my home or my client’s home, I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I follow each pet’s routine closely—whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or administering medication—so they feel secure and cared for. I give plenty of attention, affection, and exercise, while also respecting any rules or boundaries you’ve set. My goal is always to create a calm, positive environment where your pet can feel at ease, even when you’re away.
