Richard is excellent; he was very responsive with communication, always sending updates. With Mylo, he was caring and followed the schedule. Richard has watched my two dogs for several years and is kind and gentle with them. He also has watched my dogs when I added a puppy to the mix. He takes them on long walks, and they are always so excited to see him.
