Dogtastic day care and short stays
I've owned, looked after, and been around various dogs since I was a teenager (many years ago now), including terriers, GSDs, border collies, daschunds, and labradors. I have a fun friendly shepsky who loves being around other dogs.. big or small.. lounging about the house, chilling in the back garden, playing sniff hide and seek, fetch, or a walk through the woods or a run in the field.

Richard looked after our family dog, a ball-mad border collie, several times over many years. Richard took him on great walks and made sure our dog was always safe. Our dog loved his visits!
Richard was always happy to take my dog, a crossbred terrier, for long walks in the countryside or beach, to throw a ball and give praise and a reward when retrieved. He was aware that control was imperative when walking on pavements near traffic. He made a game out of bathtime and grooming as a clean healthy dog is a happy dog.

Schedule
This is a family home, and I mostly work from home, so can only offer pet care on the days I am at home. The family have a friendly dog, so walks and doggy company is guaranteed, with 1-2 hours of exercise each day.

Safety, trust & environment
To the rear od the house there is a good sized fenced lawned garden with plenty of shrubs, bushes, trees, and shaded areas, as well as access to downstairs rooms in the house. There are always bowls of fresh water inside and outside, as well as toys to run after, find, and chew. We encourage our furry friends to chill out on dog beds and rugs instead of (human) furniture.
Pets
A typical day
Walks to the local park, playing fields, and woodlands. Play and interaction diring the day, plently of toys, sniffs, and places to explore in the garden. Sniff seek, treat boxes, and snuffle mats all add to the fun.
