This was Richard’s first time looking after my dog, Lexie and he was extremely responsive and personable. He kept me up to date on how things were going and sent pics (which I love!). I will definitely be using Richard again.
Richard was a fantastic sitter for our girls. He sent lots of updates while we were away on vacation. One of our dogs can be quite nervous with new people, but his calm demeanor and experience shined through. I hope to hire him again:)
We tend to worry about leaving our dog as she can get anxious, but Richard was great! Not only was Reya so comfortable with him, he did multiple walks with her, played with her, followed her food schedule so much so that on Day 2, she happily settled in without any hesitation. He kept sending updates and photos of Reya which was so helpful and calming for us. Richard is very good with dogs and we will definitely book him again if we are in Collingwood.

Richard was fantastic with our little toy poodle. He has pretty severe separation anxiety so I always worry leaving him with others but Richard was extremely understanding. He provided tons of pictures and updates, will definitely be my go-to sitter now for Shadow!
