I push for a 20 lb weight limit and a one-client policy to ensure your little one never has to compete for space or attention. You can enjoy a peace of mind knowing I make sure our fenced backyard is fully secured before every play session and provide constant supervision since my family and I are always home. Information Richard M. would like to know about your pet

I prioritize preparation and communication from the start. Before accepting a booking for new guests, we’ll begin with a Meet & Greet to ensure we are a good match for your little one. Once the booking is accepted, I'd like to understand your dog’s likes and dislikes which allows me to provide the care that makes them feel like at home. Before their stay, I’ll collect your vet contact information and any specific dietary or medical requirements to ensure their routine remains consistent.

A typical day

Our morning begins with a walk through our quiet neighborhood, followed by feeding. During the mid-afternoon lunch break, we'll do a play session in our large living area or backyard. Evenings are for a final stroll, dinner, more play, and winding down. Before bed, we'll have a final bathroom break before calling it a night.

A Dedicated Small Dog Stay

Pet care experience

For 14 years, my Yorkie, Walle, taught me that small dogs need a place where they feel cherished, not just watched. Because of that, finding the right sitter for a small dog is a challenge. At our home, your pup is my only priority. Although my profile lists pups up to 15 lbs, we offer one-on-one care for guests up to 20 lbs. Your little one will enjoy constant companionship and never be overwhelmed by a pack environment. You can travel with ease knowing your little one is being watched with the same unconditional care I once gave to Walle.

Richard and his family were just so kind and welcoming at the meet and greet — we instantly felt good about leaving Milo with them! Thank you so much! 🐾❤️

Richard was exceptional from the very start. He sent daily photos and videos throughout, which gave us complete peace of mind and confidence that Milo was in great hands. His entire family was incredibly warm and welcoming, and we will absolutely be booking again.

Richard took phenomenal care of my dog, Bruno, and I could not recommend him more highly. He truly went above and beyond during Bruno’s stay. Bruno has a daily skin care routine and requires medications, and Richard handled everything perfectly. By the time we picked Bruno up, his skin honestly looked better than when we dropped him off. Richard is clearly experienced and confident administering all types of medications, including injections, which gave me a huge sense of relief and comfort. It’s not easy to find someone you fully trust with a dog that has medical needs, but I felt completely comfortable leaving Bruno in his care. We had daily updates which put our minds at ease You can tell Richard genuinely loves dogs. Bruno got constant attention, enjoyed his backyard, and clearly loved spending time with Richard and his family. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Bruno was being cared for like part of the family. We will absolutely book with Richard again. Richard is officially our new Rover when we go on vacation.
