We had a wonderful experience with Richard! From the very first time we met him, we felt he was a great match for our pet. Our pet is very gentle, pampered, and used to receiving lots of love and attention, so we were a little nervous about leaving him. Richard was incredibly caring, patient, and attentive. Richard took great care of Pepper. We had a meet and greet before booking and Pepper took to him immediately. He respected Pepper’s training rules and food preferences, and sent us lots of pictures throughout her stay. She came home happy and tired. Thank you, Richard!
