I’m a lifelong animal lover with well over a decade of experience caring for dogs, and it truly brings me joy to spend my days with furry friends. I currently share my home with the sweetest mini Australian Shepherd, who’s been my sidekick since he was just 6 weeks old. We recently celebrated his 5th birthday, and he’s always excited to welcome new pals to share his toys, enjoy some tasty organic treats, and play the day away. Your pup will be treated with the same love, attention, and care that I give my own—because I know how important it is to feel at ease when your dog is with someone else. I’m also happy to respect and maintain any rules or routines you have in place at home.

As usual, Richard did an outstanding job taking care of Skipper who needs 2 insulin shots per day. He also sends daily picture updates. Very satisfied with the care Skipper receives from Richard, and that makes it easier to go on vacation without him and know he’ll receive excellent care!
Richard was absolutely incredible! We had a last minute, multi day booking, and he went above and beyond by making time for a meet and greet beforehand. This was our first time using Rover, and I was incredibly nervous, especially leaving our 5 month old puppy, Benny. Richard was so kind, organized, and communicative that he completely put my mind at ease. He even sent a helpful list of what to pack for both dogs! Leo and Benny boarded at his house and had the best time playing in his backyard. Richard kept me updated with photos throughout their stay, and I felt so comfortable leaving them. We will definitely book with him again!
Richard is an incredible person and a gentle soul. He truly took excellent care of my dog, Sophie. This was our first time using Rover, and it was an easy experience. He consistently updated us on Sophie’s well-being and even accommodated our last-minute request for an additional day of stay. His place is spotless and well-maintained. I will definitely come back next time I need boarding for my dog.
Richard is an AMAZING host and takes such good care of our high energy dog. He even sends him home with a couple of cute little treats :)
My Doggies loved staying with Richard. I had a great experience with our Rover sitter! He was very professional, reliable, and clearly cared about my two dogs. They were happy, comfortable, and really seemed to enjoy their time with him. Communication was excellent throughout, and I felt completely at ease knowing my dogs were in good hands. I would definitely book with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog sitter!
