I left my two French Bulldogs, Nina and Eddie, with Ricardo for 13 days while I was traveling abroad. Ricardo is a very professional and empathetic person, and I had a very positive impression from our very first meeting. During my trip, he kept me regularly updated, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to fully focus on my work. Nina and Eddie clearly enjoyed their time with Ricardo, and I was very happy with how well everything went. I have already booked Ricardo again to take care of my dogs during my next trip. I left my German shepherd, Firulais, with Ricardo while I was away and was genuinely impressed. Firulais has a ton of energy and a strict routine, but Ricardo managed everything effortlessly. I got regular, realistic updates and photos without ever having to chase him down or micromanage. When I picked Firulais up, it was obvious he felt completely comfortable—calm, properly exercised, and totally relaxed. It’s a massive relief to find a sitter who is reliable, confident with larger breeds, and actually understands dog behavior instead of just going through the motions. Will absolutely be booking Ricardo again. Highly recommended.

Ricardo takes superb care of Charlie, my bassethound, and their daily walks prove it. Because I travel for work frequently, Ricardo is always exceptionally attentive. He arranges overnight stays so Charlie can stay in a familiar, caring environment rather than a kennel, which gives me real peace of mind. He also takes daily pictures of Charlie, capturing moments from sunlit park walks to cozy nap times, so I feel like I’m right there with him even when I’m away. Communication is outstanding. Ricardo provides regular updates, sharing Charlie’s feedings, potty breaks, mood, and any notable behaviors from the day. If anything unusual happens or if Charlie shows signs of discomfort, he informs me immediately and, when necessary, takes Charlie to the vet promptly. His proactive approach means Charlie stays healthy and happy, and I never worry about my boy when I’m on the road. Overall, Ricardo’s care combines dependable routine, affectionate attention, and transparent communication—exactly what you want for a beloved dog like Charlie.
