I’m very grateful to Richard for taking care of my cat, Pawdry. I came home to a healthy, happy cat and a well-kept home. He was patient with her anxiety, followed her routine, played with her, cuddled her, brushed her teeth, trimmed her nails, and took great care of the house. Pawdry eventually warmed up to him, which meant a lot to me. There were a couple of challenges during the stay. An ant trap that is normally covered and out of Pawdry’s reach was left exposed when I got home. Thankfully she was completely fine. There was also a feeding that ended up being several hours late, and I became quite worried when I couldn’t get in touch. When we connected, there was some confusion about her food and why I was concerned when it looked like something else was mixed in which should have been. Simplest separating the food onto a new plate to allow clear visibility as camera quality might have been a factor. Unfortunately, the situation was misunderstood, and communication stopped on his end for several hours, which was especially stressful while I was overseas, he's my only method of contact. Thankfully, we were eventually able to clear up the misunderstanding. I know caring for a sensitive and anxious cat can be challenging, and I appreciate the patience and care Richard showed Pawdry throughout the stay. My rating mainly reflected the communication issue during that particular situation, rather than the overall care he provided.

I am absolutely satisfied with Ricardo professional service. Always keep me updated with melo’s situation and photo. I highly recommend Ricardo as your pets sitter.

Ricardo was excellent and took care of Chase when we were away for a few days while we were in Ottawa

Ricardo was excellent! He was very responsive, flexible and most importantly, he was very kind, caring and confident with our poochie. Thank you Ricardo!

Ricardo was very attentive to our dog and made sure she was happy. Don't let the fact he lives in an apartment impact your decision to leave your pet with him, even if you have a big dog (we have a 55 lbs husky). Ricardo fave Juno a lot of attention, walked her regularly and made sure she had some time running around the fenced in section abutting the apartment building.

Ricardo was awesome! Sent updates often with photos, and Kupo was super happy to be with him. We were able to go on our trip with peace of mind knowing Kupo was in great hands. Thank you Ricardo!! 🙏🏻
