Hi there. I'm Ria and they call me 'cat lady'. I have 7 cats, and a dog. All but 1 are rescues and 2 were feral kittens I took in. Each one is so different and they have different needs & personalities. Having lots of pets myself, I know how much you worry miss them when away. I understand how important it is to have peace of mind, knowing that your babies are happy and in safe experienced hands. I will keep you updated daily with information, photos and videos, so you will be reassured that your babies are safe & happy. I am more than happy to water plants, collect post, put out bins, turn lights on and off and open/close curtains. I will keep everything clean and tidy for your return. Qualifications ——————- I am really interested in animal psychology and body language. 1) I have a Diploma (distinction) in feline behaviour & psychology. 2) Certificate in animal first aid and CPR For cats and dogs. In 2018 I started volunteering for a local animal rescue group based in havering and I am a foster carer for them too. I have been fostering for about 7 years now. Some of the cats I care for have additional needs, medical or behavioural issues. I enjoy gaining their trust, bringing them back to optimum health and being that stepping stone before they go onto to their new forever home. All cats are different and loved equally. It is a Pleasure to share my time with them. I have lived around cats all my life... And that's more than half a century of purrfect feline love and affection. I even seem to attract some of the neighbourhood cats (much to my own cats disapproval). I think the 'Moggy Post' has published that I'm a sucker for an animal in need. I can accommodate whatever your cat needs. I promise I will care for your Babies as if they were my own cherished furbabies. . Nothing is a problem for me. If they want it, i will give them love, cuddles and play. If they don’t want it, i will give them the space they need to feel secure. I will go along with what’s best for each cat. I am happy to administer any medication, whether it be by injection, topical or tablet. 1. I am fully insured. 2. full DBS police check 3. first aid trained Please put your trust in me. Ria was great! She looked after my two, Dusty and Luna. Dusty is an anxious boy and doesn’t like strangers, she gave him space but also reassured he’s okay and gave Luna lots of love and attention. Cannot recommend her enough
Ria is an amazing cat sitter! She looked after our cat, Lucky, who is very shy and afraid of strangers. Ria was incredibly patient, respectful of his boundaries, and gentle with him. She kept us updated throughout the week with videos and messages. It was such a relief to know our cat was in safe and caring hands. We will definitely use her services again! Ria was amazing! She took the time to make a fuss of Lily and played with as well as feeding and ensuring that she had her medication! I got videos every day! I was so lovely to be on Holiday and know that my cat was being looked after so well!
We can’t recommend Ria highly enough! We were away in Cyprus for our wedding and were naturally worried about leaving our cats, especially as they’re usually quite cautious around new people. We needn’t have worried at all. Ria was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She sent us daily updates, photos and videos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was so reassuring to see how happy and relaxed our cats were. Not only were they well cared for, but it was clear they genuinely loved spending time with Ria. She played with them every day, and they were so comfortable around her that they weren’t scared at all. Coming home to happy, content cats was the best feeling. Thank you so much, Ria, for taking such wonderful care of them and allowing us to fully enjoy our wedding and honeymoon without any worries. We would absolutely use Ria again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy and reliable cat sitter.
What an absolute star Ria is. She took such good care of our 3 cats and 2 guinea pigs. She understood the needs of each cat and made sure they received the best care. Daily videos let us see how the cats were doing. We were able to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing Ria was taking care of everything.
Ria was brilliant and took great care of our timid elderly cat when we were away for a week, sending us videos of each home visit. Hitherto, we would use a cattery that was becoming too traumatic for him. This time we came home to a happy, healthy cat and we are very grateful to Ria. We'll definitely use her again. Thanks Ria!!!
